We are starting Menu Planning this week. We will be defining some terminology.
Ensure that you submit the recipe conversion sheets.

Week 5 Material is now due. I will be challenging your cooking skills over these next few weeks!
This week you will attempt to make a Bechamel Sauce. When you are successful, you will turn the Bechamel into an Alfredo sauce!
If you are following this video, do not cooking your butter and flour until golden, you want a white roux, so low heat is the key!
